Client Challenge

Client wanted Zealogics to develop a Web App, Web API, multiple request services & Desktop App for Health Monitoring of ICRC. These remote infra. are not accessible via the internet but through restricted client authorized engineers. Developing the application with old hardware setup, low performance and connecting remotely via VPN over VPN was a challenge.

  • Unforeseen Equipment Failures: Critical failures within the fabs, such as malfunctioning of lithography machines or erratic temperature fluctuations in etching chambers, were causing production delays and compromising chip quality.
  • Reactive Maintenance Approach: Relying solely on reactive maintenance, where client’s technicians addressed issues post-failure, resulting in costly downtime and significant production losses.
  • Limited Visibility: Operators lacked a centralized platform to monitor equipment health across the entire fab, hindering their ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues before they are escalated.

Ideal Solution Proposed

Zealogics team developed this application on Angular & .NET framework on MariaDB. The health monitor triggers alerts and warning messages when there is threshold exceedance in CPU temp., power surge, low fan speed from ICRC, SPDU & FAN Controller. The engineer can search for data based on rack type, individual subsystem across racks, or alert chronology over time, pause alerts for a specific time period, take necessary actions and more.
